Savanna was picked up as a "stray" a few weeks ago by a animal welfare facility where she was lovingly cared for until she found her way to us. Upon admission , her condition was poor. Her nails were grossly overgrown , most of her hair was missing, she had a HEAVY infestation of fleas and intestinal parasites, Many teeth were loose and rotting with infection. Some teeth fell out on their own, root and all. She appears to of had puppies in the past. She is very shy and possess many characteristics of a puppy mill dog.
